Dispatch Timelines
Retail (B2C) orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days of order confirmation. Wholesale and bulk (B2B) orders are dispatched within 15-30 business days depending on quantity and embroidery complexity, as confirmed at the time of order.
Shipping Coverage
We ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes, and offer international shipping/export for wholesale and bulk B2B orders on request.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout for retail orders or communicated separately for wholesale/bulk orders based on order weight, volume and destination.
Delays
While we aim to meet all stated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier/logistics issues, customs (for international shipments), or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed in such cases.
