This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed on vastrasaar.com.
Retail (B2C) Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3-7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund as applicable.
Wholesale & Bulk (B2B) Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders are manufactured/fulfilled against confirmed specifications. Any quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery for review. Since bulk orders are produced to order, cancellations or changes after production has started may not be possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-dyed, custom-embroidered or made-to-order fabrics are not eligible for return or exchange unless found defective.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
